In case you’ve missed the hints throughout this website, I am a pretty fun-loving type of gal. If there’s an option to laugh and lighten the mood, I’m all over it. Life is stressful enough and then when you compound that with buying or selling a home – yikes! My goal is always to lighten that load for you.

But…don’t take my smile as a weakness. When the situation calls for it, I’m all business!

What to expect...

I pick up the phone! I listen to voicemail! I reply to my emails! I answer my text messages! If you send a carrier pigeon, I’d find a way to respond.

I’m always early for appointments and rarely late for anything. (If I’m late – start to worry). I’m so punctual I should even have my own time zone.

I’m honest to a fault, but tell it like it is. I may not always have the most popular opinion, but know that I ALWAYS have your best interests at heart.

You know that  person you never want to look over at in church because you just know you’ll start laughing – I might be THAT person.

Don’t let my sense of humour fool you – I am no joke when it comes to business and can switch gears on the fly to adapt to any situation.

When I’m not working you’ll find me on the water on our jet skis in the summer (you’ll likely hear me laughing before you see me jumping the waves).

I have a couple of happy places. First and foremost is home – spending time with my family and my dogs, Molly & Gracie.

A very close second is a beach with my husband anywhere tropical during the Winter months – with an umbrella drink in hand.

I messaged Kelly about a home she had listed for lease. She got back to me within 20 minutes. She was very polite friendly and understood that I was nervous and anxious.
